MyHyundai app remote start issue (fans) Other than the 50/50 chance it works, I have an issue when it does work. The heat doesn't come on. I thought maybe it would come on after it warmed up a bit, but nothing. You can see my settings here for the remote start. The seats come on, but not the air or defroster.

Assuming youâre talking about aftermarket remote starters they probably will at first but the manufacturers of the remote starters will put an update out for them to simply disarm the Hyundai alarm first, start the car, then rearm the alarm and it will be fine.
