2) Remove the small cover inside the handle, it hides a mounting screw. Use the small flat head screwdriver, pry it from the side with the lock indicator. 3) Remove the trim panel on the hand grip, start from the bottom using small flat head screwdriver to pop the bottom fastener free. See attached image below, its part number 4. Looks like I would have to remove the door panel to get to this piece, and what appears to be 7 special rivets are holding this trim panel. Except the door panels are giving me a hard time.. I can't get the top half undone, also how do you remove the power window knob (thingy)! .this is on an 85 grand Prix.
